Cloud and Local Workflow
Additionally, Echo 36 (Eco) is well suited to use in a cloud environment, either for remote point-to-point data replication, or as a secure, always available online shared back-up. In local networks, Space Echo 36 (Eco) can write data to four LTO drives concurrently at full speed using Space LTO for an unmatched archiving workflow. Running GB Labs’ Core 3 OS, a comprehensive data toolset is included as standard. This includes a file manager, notification center, automated backups, intelligent watch folders, dynamic security settings, file replication, data offloading and media restoration tool. The system also fully supports leading asset management software for a completely transparent data workflow.

Vast Storage Capacities
The new Echo 36 is highly energy efficient which means it is cooler running and more affordable than ever. From a single 4U chassis, Echo 36 can host up-to 192TB – a considerable saving on rack space and energy usage. With dedicated expansion modules, Echo 36 (Eco) can be increased to an incredible 3 Petabytes. This Eco version is up-to 45% more energy efficient than the previous model.
